SUBSTANCE: different hepatic segments of alive mongrel piglet are introduced with 96-% ethanol at the doses of 3, 5, 7, 10 ml, coefficient C=1.4 is determined for the ratio of the volume of hepatic tissue necrosis in alive piglet to the dose of introduced ethanol, coefficient C is extrapolated for the volume and diameter of human hepatic tumor tissue to be diagnosed with a sonographic method and necessary amount of introduced ethanol is detected depending upon the volume and diameter of human hepatic tumor against coefficient C.
