FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation could be applied as the first stage of therapy, preoperational therapy in case of uterine body tumors. The method suggested includes introducing chemopreparation in acceptable single therapeutic dose into uterine wall under US-control into the site where surrounding tissues touch lesion focus at the most pronounced vascular picture, moreover, this introduction should be carried out several times. The method enables to exclude side toxic effects upon normal tissues and achieve tumor operability. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg, 1 ex
