FIELD: electrical engineering, three- phase electric machines. SUBSTANCE: salient feature of invention consists in design of machine with substantially shortened three-phase windings displaced one relative another in space through 90 electric degrees. First winding is connected in delta circuit, second winding is connected in star circuit. Second winding is connected to first winding by equal-potential points. According to first variant both windings are wound with average pitch in slots equal to integral number from range Z/4p-Z/3p, where Z is number of slots of magnetic core; p is number of pairs of pole pieces of electric machine. In correspondence with first and second variants both windings are manufactured with phase zones equal to 30 electric degrees, but phase zone equals 15 electric degrees in agreement with third variant. Connections of windings and their average pitches different from first variant are proposed for second and third variants. EFFECT: reduced usage of copper with maintenance of all characteristics of machine. 9 cl, 5 dwg
