FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has ring-shaped members for receiving fixing members designed as threaded rods and wires and stretching bars joining the ring-shaped members. The ring-shaped members are manufactured as stepped rings having through threaded openings made in the internal step for receiving the fixing members and T-shaped slits for receiving wires arranged in alternating order. Horizontal portion of the T-shaped slits is set in parallel to end face surface of the ring and the vertical one forms saw cut from the step end face surface reaching the horizontal portion. The wires optionally have thread covering the whole length. EFFECT: simplified design; enhanced functional reliability. 2 cl, 1 dwg
