FIELD: medicine; traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises base, pin installation mechanism, pinned clip for thigh condyle and pinned clip for heel bone, two reduction detachable frames equipped with reponator fixators. Base is furnished with long slot. Pin installation mechanism consists of slotted half-arc, slotted slider, stand in telescopic bush with retainer nut, angle gage scale and arrow indicating pin direction. Slider is movable within slotted half-arc retainer nut. Half-arc is fixed on stand in telescopic bush to base. Angle gage scale is applied on horizontal platform fixed to element base. Pinned clip for thigh condyle is permanently joined with stand; the latter is movable within bush and screw fixation. Bush is movable within base slot. Pinned clip for heel bone is permanently joined with screw; the latter moves not rotating by nuts in bush; the latter is fixed with bolt in bush; the latter is permanently joined with stand; the latter is movable within bush and screw fixation, while latter bush is movable within base long slot. Detachable frames is furnished with arc slots for reponator fixators with screw sockets and fixed to base. Screw sockets are threaded on reponator fixators. Reponator fixators consists of thread segment and smooth body. Body end is cone-shaped with base smaller then body diameter.
EFFECT: reduced operation time; elimination of various bone fracture fragment displacements.
