FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: articulated device has supports, transosseous threaded rods, laminated attachments, balance arms with support points for bone fragments, turnbuckles for joining the support and screw-shaped plates fixed in the supports for moving into another plane under the said balance arms. The supports are made in form of half-arcs with curved bars with through holes. The through holes have threads for a bolt and are arranged such that, their axial lines are directed inside the half-arcs. The rods of the turnbuckles have hinge joints. The hinge joints are attached to the supports by straps, pressed by bolts. The transosseous threaded rods are fixed in the half-arcs by laminated attachments and bolts.
EFFECT: stability of fixing large and small bone fragments, improvement of design with the objective of cutting on duration of surgical procedure, more compact design and easier application onto damaged limp.
