SUBSTANCE: device has gauge for detecting noise wave and forming representative noise signal, signal analyzer unit, unit for producing signals of predefined shape for forming electric interference signal inverted in phase on the basis of noise signal. The device also has amplifier, time delay unit, error correction unit and communication unit for delivering interference signal to plasma causing the plasma to generate pulsating interferential wave for suppressing acoustic noise wave.
