SUBSTANCE: device to initiate electric loads includes remote electric delay devices 16 each connected to detonator 18 and capable to be programmed in sequence by synchronization signal coming from central control unit 12 which determines duration of time delay. Two-way line 14 which ends are connected to inputs/outputs of central control unit 12 connects in sequence remote electric delay devices 16 to central control unit 12. If two-way 14 is broken before start of programming of remote electric devices 16 break is detected and direction of programming of two-way line 14 is changed to reverse one to make it possible to program remote electric devices 16 by synchronization signal going along two-way line 14 in opposite direction which can not be done by reason of break.
