SUBSTANCE: method involves administering superoxide dysmutase preparation at a dose of 16 to 40 mg and alpha-tocopherol at a dose of 100 to 300 mg as a part of infusion therapy on the background of tracheobronchial tree treatment. The tracheobronchial tree treatment is carried out by performing curative and diagnostic brochoscopies accompanied by local antiseptic and mucolytic therapy. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
