FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: procedure is performed for tracheobronchial tree sanation with coating of injury area by application of composition containing as an active substance human collagen type 1, as a contrast substance 0.2 % aqueous solution of brilliant green. Procedure is repeated if necessary every 24-48 hours until full epithelisation of mucosal damage with 1 day. Application of collagen is carried out under visual control.
EFFECT: method provides to 7-10 days of epithelisation of ulcerous defects and severe damage due to creation of favourable conditions for regeneration of cells, epithelisation of tracheal and bronchial mucosa.
