FIELD: grinding equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing incorporating two disks-rotors arranged in horizontal plane for rotation in opposite directions. First grinding stage working tools arranged closer to center have radial section made in the form of skewed rectangle and shaped as annular projections with through radial slots. Second grinding stage working tools are made in the form of two circular belts having section composed of two unequal faces. Inclination angle of projection cutting face may be changed within the range of from 3 deg to 45 deg depending on physico-mechanical properties of basic material. EFFECT: improved quality of base product, increased grinding efficiency, reduced power consumption and wider range of use. 3 dwg
