FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing opposite supplying of material into grinding chamber; speeding up rotors rotating in opposite directions to circumferential speed of rotation by forcing ribs on conical internal surfaces of rotors; discharging ready product; forcing material flow in radial direction by means of pressure difference source to provide for grinding of material between two flat concentric surfaces of rotors, with following grinding of material between rotor blades provided by aerodynamic effect of pressurizing boundary air pad, which prevents material under grinding process to collide with rotor blade surfaces. Apparatus has grinding chamber with conical internal surfaces and ribs, rotors with flat surfaces, opposite inlet channels and outlet channel, and pressure difference source.
