SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of activation of water of a hardening mixture and is pertinent to the field of construction, namely to the methods of activation of components of a concrete mix. The invention will allow to reduce time of activation of solidifying mixtures. The method of activation of water of a solidifying mixture provides for an action of the high-voltage electric discharges on the mixtures. The action of the high voltage discharges between the discharge electrodes is exercised on mixing water directly in the feeding pipeline of the batcher of water of the concrete mixing unit by the system of electrodes mounted in the pipeline and connected in parallel in two counter groups.

EFFECT: the invention will allow to reduce time of activation of solidifying mixtures.
