FIELD: industry of artificial leathers, applicable in manufacture of commercial fire-proof materials used in the conditions of rise of static electricity. SUBSTANCE: the fire-proof two-sided antistatic material is manufactured by mixing of polyvinyl chloride resin PVC C-7058, dioctyl phthalate, antimony trioxide, stearic acid, calcium stearate, epoxar-2, commercial hydrogen, oxyphos, butadiene-nitrile rubber, graphite, salicylic acid anilide, subsequent flatting and application of the polymeric compound onto cloth by the method of calendaring onto the cloth base: by the method of rubberizing on one side and by the method of doubling on the other side; prior to application of the polymeric compound onto cloth, polyvinyl chloride resin, dioctyl phthalate and butadiene-nitrile rubber are subjected to heating at a temperature of 140 +5 C during 4+ min.
