FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: multilayer material comprises textile base, adhesive layer and polymeric layer applied in succession on textile base sides. Adhesive layer is formed on textile base by coating with following gelling at temperature of 150-160 C and polymeric layer is applied in at least one layer by doubling with coated textile base through usage of calender rolls, with temperature of upper, intermediate and lower calender rolls being 130-140 C, 145-155 C and 125-145 C, respectively, with following gelling at temperature of 170-190 C. Adhesive layer comprises following components: polyvinylchloride emulsion, di-2- ethylhexylphthalate, calcium stearate, tris(2,3-dibromopropyl)phosphate. Polymeric layer comprises polyvinylchloride suspension, di-2-ethylhexylphthalate, di-2-ethylhexylcebacynate, barium, cadmium stearate, separated chalk, antimony trioxide, stearic acid, tris(2,3-dibromopropyl)phosphate, and pigments. Multilayer material has increased fire-resistance and frost resistance under dynamic conditions and improved toxic and sanitary and hygienic properties, which is due to reduced migration of antimony trioxide. Multilayer material may be used for manufacture of artificial leather materials with polymeric covering, as well as for manufacture of medical equipment such as handbarrow, bedsore mattress, invalid wheel.
