FIELD: surface-active substances. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lumpy compositions that are able to supply skin with useful agents. Lumpy composition of structurized surface-active substance comprises synthetic non-soap surface-active substance taken among the group consisting of anionic, non-ionic, cationic, amphoteric/ zwitterionic surface-active substances and their mixtures, water-soluble structure-forming agent with melting point value in the range 40-100 C, water-insoluble structure-forming agent with melting point value 40-200 C, useful agent softening skin, cationic polymer with molecular mass from 1 000 to 2 000 000 Da. Amount of structure- forming agent exceeds amount of water-soluble structure-forming agent by 10%, not above, by weight of all lumpy composition. Amount of cationic polymer to surface-active substance is from 0.06:1 to 1:1. Charge density of cationic polymer is above 0.007.
