FIELD: detergents.

SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a liquid composition comprising, wt.-%: dispersion of type "particles-in-oil", 2-20, and a surface-active composition, the balance. The surface-active composition comprises, wt.-%: anionic, amphoteric, nonionic, cationic surface-active substance or their mixtures, 5-30; water-soluble thickening agent, for example, xanthane resin, 0.1-10, and water, the balance. Dispersion of type "particles-in-oil" comprises, wt.-%: vaseline or condensed softening oil containing water-soluble polymers, 60-99, and particles chosen from solid particles of size 0.5-150 mcm or capsules of size 1-200 mcm, the balance. Dispersion of type "particles-in-oil" as component of surface-active composition comprises drops size 50-5000 mcm, at least, by 5-fold larger of suspended particles size. The liquid composition is stable for above 3 months at room temperature. Proposed composition can be used in preparing cosmetic and medicinal agents.
