FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes singling-out of operating objects and determination of rational pattern of producing and injection wells for each object, drilling and research of wells, oil recovery from producing wells and injection of displacing agent into injection wells. Singling out of operating objects is effected in two stages. At the first stage, singling out is made in designing of system of field development on basis of generalized information of wide well spacing pattern of prospecting wells. At the second stage, said procedure is executed after drilling of design thin well spacing pattern on basis of individual information on wells of said pattern.
