FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable in prognostication of occurrence of hydrocarbon raw materials, geophysical research of wells and subsequent evaluation of formation structure, its porosity, permeability, water, oil and gas saturation of oil, oil-gas and gas-condensate fields. SUBSTANCE: method includes excitation of acoustic waves in well zone and their registration. In the course of medium deformation, electromagnetic radiation is set up which is measured in radio wave band. Reservoir parameters are determined by amplitude-frequency spectra. Electromagnetic radiation is registered by resonant acoustic frequencies. Antenna is located perpendicular to well longitudinal axis and is used in the form of metal casing pipe. EFFECT: extended functional potentialities of method and device due to registration of acoustic vibrations passing through reservoir and electromagnetic radiation in radio wave band accompanying acoustic vibrations. 3 cl, 1 dwg
