FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: method includes extraction of formation fluids via producing wells, determination of zones of abnormal stressed state of strain of rocks and exposing them to disturbances of mechanical stresses with preliminary revealed dominant frequencies. According to the invention there are revealed local abnormal sections with abnormally high well yields and collected withdrawal of oil and/or fluid and/or gas, and/or natural acoustic emission of producing formation. The revealed local abnormal sections are exposed to cyclic effect of mechanical strains disturbances with dominant frequencies. Preliminary duration of cycles of effect is specified with respect to alteration of level of seismic-acoustic emission of the producing formation from its background value and/or with respect to the period of relaxation of solubility of gas emitted during exposure, and/or on the base of dynamometer cards in producing wells operated by means of sucker-rod pumps, and/or on the base of alteration of gas factor and component composition of gas in reacting producing wells, but not less, than the duration corresponding to maximum value of gas emitted from the formation fluids. Preliminary intervals between cycles of effect are specified as less, than duration of relaxation of emitted gas solubility. Then there is performed correction of dominant frequencies and of parameters of effect on the base of alteration of phase states of formation fluids in producing wells and/or on producing wells yields, and/or on the base of seismic-acoustic emission of producing formation. Also the total time of the process including cycles and intervals between them is chosen before reacting of producing wells terminates.

EFFECT: upgraded efficiency of development with increased withdrawal of oil and current and final oil yield of formations.
