FIELD: mining industry; applicable in weakening of rocks and minerals with the help of weakening compositions. SUBSTANCE: method includes hole drilling, its sealing, injection of weakening composition and treatment of surrounding rocks. Injection is effected in several points over hole length. Distance between neighboring points of composition supply into hole amounts up at least diameter of impregnation zone, and size of impregnation zone is determined by calculation. Device for method embodiment has central pipe on which thrusting tighteners are fitted, whose one end are rigidly connected to pipe, and the other ones are capable of restricted motion over pipe. Pipe wall has holes located between tighteners. Central pipe has additional holes located between tighteners and supports engageable with movable ends of tighteners. Mutual location of additional holes and supports is selected so that when tighteners movable ends are engageable with supports, tightener ends shut off additional holes.
