FIELD: measurement technology; method of measurement of sizes and concentration of dispersed particles; metrology and chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: collimated beam of wide spectrum radiation is formed and is split into spectral components in form of fan of beams which are brought in focus in counting volume, thus making it possible to form counting volume each point of which may be identified in length of wave of radiation flux scattered at dispersed particles. EFFECT: reduced counting measurable volume.
