FIELD: stabilization, guidance and navigation systems. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention consists in increased precision and expanded bandwidth of device which is achieved by insertion f two parallel channels from angle-data transmitter and bridge circuit and two parallel negative feedbacks. Analog communication is inserted from output of amplifier to one input of slaving-torque motor through logic element, OR-ELSE gate, precision relay element, ripple filter, first summing element, conjugate high-pass filter, voltage- to-current converter, second summing element connected in series. Output of second summing element is connected to one diagonal of bridge circuit, another diagonal with winding of slaving-torque motor in its arm is connected to one input of first summing element through differential operational amplifier. Digital parallel feedback is inserted from output of amplifier to another input of slaving-torque motor through logic element, OR-ELSE circuit, precision relay element, ripple filter, first summing element, conjugate low-pass filter, third summing element, relay element, single-shot synchronous oscillators, RS flip-flop, voltage-to-current converter, second summing element and bridge circuit connected in series.
