FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: water vacuum cleaner has electric engine for actuating fan impeller to provide for suction, and pump turbine for enabling withdrawal of liquid through inlet pipe from reservoir lower part and replacement thereof from reservoir. Vacuum cleaner is further equipped with mechanical unit for switching off and blocking of automatics. Said unit provides for automatic switching off of electric engine in case of excessive water level. However, user can mechanically switch off automatics to provide for continuation of pumping out of liquid from reservoir. Filling device is positioned in reservoir and communicated with pump turbine. Filling device is equipped with valve selectively actuated for setting liquid pressure difference in filling device and for filling pump in accordance with set pressure. Liquid may be poured into discharge means arranged at different levels. EFFECT: reduced manufacture cost, simplified construction, maintenance and operation of vacuum cleaner. 7 cl, 38 dwg
