FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves subjecting 0.0005-0.02% aqueous sodium chloride solution with 0.0004-0.0006% potassium iodate being added in mixture with flowing distilled water to electrochemical activation in an installation for performing electrochemical synthesis of activated detergent disinfection and sterilization solutions. Direct current with triple current shape asymmetry and frequency of 10 to 50 Hz is used. Installation operation time, current density and water pressure are set so that acidous cathode anolyte is produced at pH=2.3-2.5 or neutral cathode anolyte is produced at pH=7.5-8.0 having redox potential equal to 1100-1200 mV and oxidant concentration Cox=25-150 mg/l. EFFECT: normalized processes in wound surface.
