FIELD: proposed self-contained positioning station has container with measuring instruments, information transceiver system, onboard control system and diving system.
SUBSTANCE: diving system is provided with electric winch with fixed drum on which variable-depth sonar cable is wound, carrier for unwinding and winding the cable which is connected with reversible electric motor and reduction gear secured on positioning station. Cable is passed over roller conveyer at minimum bend for reduction of friction. One end of cable is introduced into station through fixed connector and second end is secured to anchor of station and is connected with cable running to object under test. For transmission of information, variable-depth sonar cable is wound off fixed drum by rotating carrier till partial surfacing of station at raising of antenna into air. Upon completion of transmission of information, station is submerged to required level by winding the cable on fixed drum by means of carrier.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability; ease of handling the object-station complex.
