FIELD: oil producing industry; applicable in protection of casing strings from high-pressure effect. SUBSTANCE: packer includes sealing unit which consists of deformed branch pipe, flexible collar and expanding member connected through shear member with cylinder connected with drive via tie. Expanding member inner diameter is selected for outer diameter of plunger installed on lower end of tubing string with sealing member for engagement with internal wall of expanding member. Plunger has anchor unit including wedge installed in its annular bore for radial motion and thrusting with its upper end against circular boss, and engageable from below with slips, and slips with supporting branch pipe freely fitted on plunger and connected with it by shear member and engageable with plunger sealing member made in the form of a set of similar metal rings and self-sealing collars.
