FIELD: conducting of aerial seismic operations with the aid of multichannel seismic stations. SUBSTANCE: method for collection of seismic data consists in excitation of seismic vibrations and their synchronous recording with the aid of groups of identical field modules, use is made of several automatic recording stations, the necessary parameters of the mode of collection of seismic data are determined and set at one of them. The set parameters of the mode of collection of seismic data are transmitted via a satellite communication system to the other automatic recording stations operating in the program mode. The device for collection of seismic data has the first central automatic recording station connected to a group of series-connected field modules, in addition it has the second directed automatic recording stations connected to the groups of series-connected field modules. The first central automatic recording station and each second automatic recording station are provided with satellite modems. EFFECT: enhanced capacity and truth of collected data. 6 cl, 3 dwg
