FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion gasoline engines. SUBSTANCE: device has housing, inner chamber with channels, electrodes, air supply nozzle, static electricity compensator, power source, settling space, hood and fuel pump. Control unit is introduced additionally with the following pickups connected to inputs of control unit: fuel electric conductivity pickup, fuel pressure pickup, fuel potential pickup. Control windings of two electromagnetic clutches installed between engine and power source and between engine and fuel pump are connected to outputs of control unit. Fuel pressure pickup and fuel potential pickup are installed in output channel with valve to bypass fuel into fuel tank pipeline. Fuel electric conductivity pickup is arranged in input channel, and electrode installed in settling space is made in form of removable filtering member accommodating second electrode connected to supply source output through potentiometer with scale restriction indicator.
