FIELD: recovery of radioactive solutions formed in recovery of radioactive nuclear fuel at radiochemical factories. SUBSTANCE: method involves concentration of solutions by evaporation, distillation of nitric acid, production of still bottoms, and fluxing. In addition solution is doped with sodium nitrate or sodium nitrate and sodium hydroxide, or sodium nitrate and phosphoric acid, or sodium nitrate, sodium hydroxide, and phosphoric acid, or heating-steam condensate may be introduced in solution in the amount of 1 to 5 volumes of concentrated solution. EFFECT: enhanced degree of nitric acid distillation and salt concentration in still bottoms to be solidified while retaining their homogeneity. 6 cl, 1 tbl, 9 ex
