FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing, axle attached to it bearing driven unit kinematically bound to lever system of fingers, power spring, driving flexible tie-rod and bushing fixed relative to the casing. Stopper cam is fixed on the driven unit which position is stabilized with spring. Stopper tooth is mounted in the distal part of the casing engageable with IV-V finger unit strap when full flexion occurs. Pressure lever is mounted on II-III finger unit engageable with the stopper tooth when separating the fingers. The driven unit turns when pulling the driving flexible tie-rod so that the fingers diverge by means of kinematic bonds. When mating the stopper cam and recess on the bushing surface followed by relieving force, the fingers become fixed in open state. When pulling the driving flexible tie-rod as far as possible, the stopper cam assumes position causing the cam to break engagement with bushing surface. When taking off the force from the flexible tie-rod for the next time, the driving spring turns the driven unit and fingers are brought together in pinching position. EFFECT: improved artificial hand finger fixation in open position. 4 dwg
