FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has internal and external sleeve and rotation members. The rotation members have two nuts having conic external surfaces mounted on the internal sleeve. Bushing having conic surfaces engageable with corresponding conic nut surfaces is placed between the nuts. One nut is rigidly mounted on the internal sleeve and the other one is movable and has stopping members. EFFECT: improved operation features. 1 dwg
