FIELD: transportation. SUBSTANCE: proposed movable load carrier has chassis with number of wheels installed in form of first cluster of wheels and second cluster of wheels, each wheel being capable of rotating and turning relative to chassis. Wheels of first cluster are connected by first leverage, and wheels of second cluster are connected by second leverage. One of wheels of second wheel cluster is connected by rod with opposite wheel of first wheel cluster so that when one of wheels of first wheel cluster turns on hinge joint in one direction relative to chassis, all wheels of first wheel cluster turn in concord on hinge joints in the same direction and all wheels of second wheel cluster turn in concord on hinge joints in opposite direction. Means are provided to ensure three different modes of operation of wheel cluster corresponding to straight-ahead running, completely controlled running and braking conditions. Device has also mechanism to return steerable wheels in straight-ahead running position which includes first member fastened on connecting rod connected to and providing control over one or several steerable wheels, at least one additional member connected to chassis fixed for hinge rotation, and flexible member connected to additional member.
