SUBSTANCE: lever wheelchair relates to wheeled vehicles to move in room and on street. Lever wheelchair includes frame with seat and step, installed on two driven castors and two drive wheels, forks are fixed in frame bearings, pivotally attached to frame to swing two manual levers with handles turn connected each with its fork drive wheel via shafts, bevel gears and Hooke joint. Swing of each lever is connected with its drive wheel rotation transfer mechanism including made in fork its driving wheel guide rollers, in which there is U-shaped rack with rod passing through bearing frame and installed on axle drive wheel gear interacting with wheel via ratchet and engaged with rack, at that step is equipped with square in cross section inclined pin with seat-like boss, whereon quick-detachable street attachment consists of rectangular pipe with attached to fork with wheel and vertical stand with screw and nut, nut is secured to rectangular tube, screw rounded end thrusts against the saddle-like boss, screw on the upper end is equipped with pivoted handle.

EFFECT: higher maneuvrability in room up to drive sideways and at high speed with brake.
