Proposed tank for oil and oil products has wall with intake-and- dispensing branch pipe and clap valve, flanges, hood installed to enclose clap valve, and bottom. Plate is installed between flanges of intake-and-dispensing branch pipe and clap valve to let stored liquid pass through plate. Hood is secured of plate and is installed on supports to form adjustable slot between hood and tank bottom to pass liquid when filling in or emptying tank.
