SUBSTANCE: the device for balancing the boom machine working equipment has an auxiliary hydraulic control valve controlling the balancing hydraulic cylinder, gas cylinders connected to a pneumohydraulic accumulator, pressure hydraulic line connecting the hydraulic line of the pneumohydraulic accumulator and the pressure hydraulic line of the main hydraulic cylinders through a check valve and a minimum-pressure valve, safety valve, drain hydraulic line, the initial position of the balancing hydraulic cylinder is so selected that in the whole range of the angle of boom swing a drip of pressure in the pneumohydraulic accumulator at hoisting is compensated by an increase of the arm of the balancing hydraulic cylinder. The degree of pressure drop in the pneumohydraulic accumulator at boom hoisting is adjusted by connection if the gas cylinders of the gas space of the pneumohydraulic accumulator.
