FIELD: electrical engineering; fire alarm lines; ambient temperature control devices. SUBSTANCE: device has base, safety basket, two contacts built of flexible movable contact strips and contacts attached to them , as well as heat-sensing member made of material possessing shape memory effect. In case of ambient temperature increase heat-sensing member made in the form of clamp tends to straightforwardness and opens normally closed contacts. Electric circuit opens which serves as information signal for receiving-and-monitoring devices. Reverse process takes place upon reduction of ambient temperature. Temperature of heat-sensing member reduces, its material as if forgets preset straightforwardness and returns to initial state. In the process device contacts reclose thereby reclosing circuit for temperature control. EFFECT: enhanced speed and sensitivity. 4 cl, 1 dwg
