SUBSTANCE: multiphase electrical machine with single-ended stator and rotor has mainly U-shaped yokes corresponding to winding phases and primarily I- shaped yokes all disposed in stator carrying annular windings and alternately placed in tandem in one respective plane; its rotor mounts flat permanent magnets on its surface adjacent to yokes and ensures ring-type closure of magnetic flux; permanent magnets are arranged in rows mechanically displaced relative to each other and annular windings carry accordingly shifted currents; U-shaped yoke bars of each phase of winding are bent in opposition to elbow shape in each plane and adjacent phase bars of winding disposed in same plane are interconnected.
