FIELD: semiconductor rectifiers for power switches. SUBSTANCE: invention discloses current rectifier module with bus system for several semiconductor power switches or semiconductor power modules in the form of insulated-gate bipolar transistors. Semiconductor power switches are disposed in facing or opposing parallel pairs to provide for space saving. They are characterized in very low-inductance rigid coupling between bridge arms, that is, in switching circuit and between parallel-connected semiconductor power modules. Examples of ac current supply to one or two phases through bridge connections of two or four semiconductor power switches are given in description of invention. EFFECT: compact design. 10 cl, 6 dwg
