SUBSTANCE: in order to improve propagation of magnetic fields through converter so that static magnetic fields produced by the latter could be adequately shielded and dynamic magnetic fields easily radiated, magnetic coating impermeable for static magnetic fields is used at least in vicinity of audio signal output. Coating has a number of holes, their quantity being chosen so as to ensure that coating provided with these holes has sufficient strength and/or stiffness required for its mounting compared with its original strength and stiffness. Holes pass sound pressure of desired level produced by converter and spatially limit eddy- current points on coating caused by dynamic magnetic fields with the result that eddy currents cannot be generated in full measure.
