SUBSTANCE: inductive coupling is ensured due to disposing first conducting loop around semiconductor integrated circuit as well as due to second conducting loop that has its cross-sectional area comparable with contactless card dimensions and forms third conducting loop comparable in size with first loop which ensures inductive coupling between first and second loops due to adequate disposition.
