FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: in the claimed device and method that implements the claimed device, irradiation with laser radiation is carried out by at least two laser irradiation sources with different wavelengths. Adding of the luminescent light is carried out, caused by the excitation of the sample with a laser having the wavelength λ1 with laser irradiation with the wavelength λ2 to achieve the effect of forced diffusion of Mandelstam-Brillouin on the micro-object containing DNA. The spectral distribution of the radiation intensity passed through the sample is recorded by the spectrum analyser, obtained as the result of forced diffusion of Mandelstam-Brillouin. Then the spectral distribution of the radiation intensity is studies, obtained as the result of forced diffusion of Mandelstam-Brillouin, with obtaining as a result of this effect of Stokes and anti-Stokes components which detect the presence and identify the micro-objects containing DNA in the liquid under study.

EFFECT: increased sensitivity of optical detection and precision of identification in liquids of micro-objects containing DNA.
