SUBSTANCE: preparation includes nucleus containing retinol acetate, α-tocopherol acetate, thiamine chloride, riboflavin-mononucleotide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, ascorbic acid, folic acid, nicotineamide, rutin, calcium pantothenate, cyanocobalamin, lipoic acid, iron (II) sulfate, copper sulfate, calcium phosphate, cobalt (II) sulfate, manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate, magnesium phosphate, citric acid, sugar, calcium stearate, talc, potato starch, envelope containing main magnesium carbonate, wheat flour, sugar, beeswax, titanium dioxide, methylcellulose, talc, and gelatin. The proposed method of producing tabletted polyvitamin preparation with mineral additives involves addition of mixture from cyanocobalamin with sugar powder and mixture of folic acid with starch to granulate I prepared from calcium phosphate, ascorbic acid, thiamine chloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, and rutin. Then granulate II from calcium pantothenate, lipoic acid, nicotineamide, riboflavin-mononucleotide, α-tocopherol acetate, calcium phosphate and granulate III prepared from iron (II) sulfate heptahydrate, magnesium phosphate disubstituted, cobalt (II) sulfate heptahydrate, manganese (II) sulfate pentahydrate, copper sulfate, zinc sulfate hentahydrate, citric acid and polyvinylpyrrolidone are mixed, retinol acetate in granules are introduced.
