FIELD: powder metallurgy; method of production of functional porous powder materials and structures from titanium nickelide and composites of titanium bioceramic with form memory and superelasticity which may be used in medicine for replacement of tissue, xenotransplantation, etc; filters and dampening units. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes molding and sintering of powder of titanium nickelide or its mixtures with bioceramics; prior to molding and sintering, titanium nickelide powder or its mixtures with bioceramics are subjected to mechanical activation in planetary ball mill for 3-30 min at electric intensity factor of 12-60 g. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency in obtaining preset shrinkage and smooth change of linear dimensions of finished articles in sintering. 2 cl, 1 tbl
