FIELD: manufacture of thin-film coats; vacuum application of coats by means of DC magnetron spraying on transparent materials, for example glass or polymer films. SUBSTANCE: low-emission coat applied on transparent substrate has at least three layers obtained by magnetron spraying; these layers are located in the following sequence: dielectric layer made from titanium dioxide, layer of metal, viz.: silver or copper and dielectric layer made from titanium dioxide. Laid additionally between layer of metal and upper dielectric layer is titanium layer at thickness comparable with thickness of previous layer of metal. Thickness of two last layers is multiple of quarter of length of wave of visible region of spectrum. Low-emission coat applied on transparent substrate includes additionally precoat and upper protective layer which are made from titanium nitride. EFFECT: high light transmission coefficient in visible region of spectrum at sufficient reflection factor in infra-red region of spectrum. 2 cl, 4 dwg, 8 ex
