FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: low-emissive coating contains two layers, at that layer that is adjacent to substrate is made of tin oxide with geometric thickness of 200-300 nm, and external layer is made of fluoric magnesium with geometric thickness of 92-98 nm. Low-emissive coating has coefficient of light transmission in visible area of spectrum up to 95% and coefficient of reflection in infrared area of spectrum up to 85%.
EFFECT: creation of low-emissive coating with higher coefficient of light transmission in visible area of spectrum of 0.4-0.7 mcm.
