FIELD: public services. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road machines designed for cleaning motor roads and sidewalks from snow and ice. Said machine has base chassis with power dozer blade, frame with milling cutter drive and support wheels-rollers. Rings are secured on surface of milling cutter cylindrical housing together with cutting tools. Rings have trapezoidal profile in cross section. Height of ring profiles exceeds height of cutting tool over of blades, and inclined planes of rings are reinforced by wear resistant alloy. Pitch of profile is smaller than radius of underground service lines hatch housing. EFFECT: increased efficiency of operation. 2 cl, 7 dwg
