FIELD: construction, particular, mounting of dormer windows with frame construction. SUBSTANCE: dormer window joint comprises a frame construction with a fastening device for sealed attachment of the frame construction to the inner sweat-insulting diaphragm of the suspended ceiling. The fastening device is made in the form of a one-piece clamp of welded fastening members of flexible plates of material with sweat-insulation properties. The frame construction is made with a longitudinal assembly groove located in the edge on inner side of each component of the frame. Pressed-in pieces of relatively stiff material are attached to the area in the form of a narrow strip in parallel to and at a close distance to the edges on the inner side of the fastening devices. The pressed-in pieces have such sizes so as to produced a press fit in the mentioned grooves. In each corner between the fastening members adjoining each other two corner pressed-in pieces are fastened in the mentioned area in each of the two members near the mentioned corner.
