SUBSTANCE: it represents a multi-ply structure containing two external layers of metal foil, and at least one intermediate layer positioned between the two external layers. The mentioned material at least in one direction has a continuous wavy shape. The intermediate layer or the layers that are adjacent to the external layers are made of non-adhesive elastic material, and the mentioned wavy shape is made in such a way that it maintains relative position between the external layers and the intermediate layer or layers adjoining it due to friction.
