FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: power plant has internal combustion engine, control unit in form of controller, friction clutch with release mechanism, fork and lever. Mechanical gearbox is provided with control lever. Clutch release mechanism is made in form of compensating spring and electric geared motor whose outlet member is installed for reciprocating rotation and is coupled with lever of clutch release fork. Controller input is electrically coupled with speed of contact with gearbox control lever handle and/or accelerator pedal position sensor, and output is connected with geared motor change-over device.
